We partner exclusively with Australia's top high-quality single-ingredient pet treat manufacturers to ensure we source only the finest proteins that meet strict food safety and quality standards. Our suppliers are fully licensed, transparent, and registered. Only the best for our pups.
Are Marley's treats suitable for all dogs?
+Most of our treats are suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes, however we always recommend:
- Choose the right size and texture for your dog's age and chewing style.
- Supervise your dog while enjoying chews, especially long-lasting products.
- Feed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
- Ensure fresh water is always available.

How should I store Marley's treats?
+Store in a cool, dry place in the original packaging or an airtight container. Keep out of direct sunlight to maintain freshness. Products can last up to 12 months from manufacture if stored correctly.
What's your refund policy?
+We want you and your dog to be happy! If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Email us at info@marleysmunchies.com.au and we'll sort it out.
Can I reorder the same bundle or a previous order?
+Absolutely! You can reorder directly through the shop at any time. Alternatively, reach out to us via email or Instagram/Facebook DM and we're happy to help customise a repeat order for you.
What if my dog has a bad reaction?
+Discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian if any adverse reaction occurs. Treats should be given in moderation and should never replace your dog's regular diet. Always supervise during treat time and ensure fresh water is available.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
+Yes! We offer free local delivery to Dandenong North, Mulgrave, Rowville, Wheelers Hill, Springvale, Noble Park, Keysborough, Berwick, Narre Warren, and Endeavour Hills.
For customers outside our local area, we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with tracked delivery. Orders are dispatched same week for orders placed Monday to Friday.
